Cancellation Policy

If you have decided not to adopt with us any longer, we are sorry we cannot refund the adoption deposit. We certainly hope to hear you are adopting elsewhere as we are happy when any rescue finds a home! We take no offense- it's a good thing ;) Please do not hesitate to share this with us as we will celebrate with you. If you are canceling for any other reason, please contact us with some information regarding the circumstances, so we can utilize feedback to continue to improve our service and support of potential adopters. However, if you just need to reschedule due to a conflict, your Adoption Deposit will be applied to your adoption donation when we are able to meet. Just select a new time that works.
