Presented by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce, "Bark in the Park" is a dog-focused event where you can connect with other, local dog enthusiasts in the community and surrounding area. Enjoy a day of fun, featuring vendors, exciting demonstrations, photo ops, and a doggie obstacle course. Bring your pup in costume or just come say hi and enter our raffle. Have fun browsing from local dog- related vendors, see amazing canine demonstrations and more.

Come say "Hi" to some of our rock star Motley Zoo volunteers and meet & greet with the stars of the show, our adoptable roadies (animals!) While adoptions are not completed the same day (our standard online application process applies), this gives you a chance to meet, pet and cuddle with your potential new best friend!
Thanks to Mud Bay for hosting us - they have always been a great supporter of ours - plus they have a fantastic selection of all the things for your dogs & kitties! See you there - Rock on, Rescue on!
GIVE BIG, GET BAD (Pet drawings) 2025

Starting Monday, April 22 at 8:30am, early giving officially opens; trust us, you do not want to miss this.
When you donate, you’re not just helping our rescue with essentials like food, medical care, electricity, plumbing, and safety…
You’re also unlocking the chance to receive a truly questionable pet portrait from one of our “artistically brave” volunteers.
Donate $50 or more — get a custom (and probably hilarious) pet portrait.
Donate $25 or more — enter to win Motley Zoo merch and other fun prizes!

Tito's Yappy hour at
Phinney Station
When: Saturday, April 19th
Where: Phinney Station
Tito's has invited us to a Yappy Hour at Phinney Station in Seattle! We will bring some of our Roadies out for visitors to love on and hopefully - maybe find their forever home?! (of course, as always, adoptions are not done same day.) Grab a Tito's cocktail, some tasty eats, and snuggle with some animals - couldn't draw up a better weekend activity if we tried!
Please note that Tito's cocktails ordered during this event will generate much-needed donations for Motley Zoo! We are grateful for Tito's and their continued support for animal welfare! See y'all there!
Redmond Pup crawl - Part 2
When: Saturday, April 5th
Where: Hilton Garden Inn - Redmond
The Redmond Pup Crawl is a paw-some new event happening across Redmond - three events, three chances to eat, drink and snuggle some of our adoptable roadies!
Part 2 of this event is the "Pup Crawl Glam Event" featuring "Doggie Diva Makeover Day!" There will be a photo booth, a mini styling and spa setup, and an opportunity to score a sweet custom portrait of your pup from Dozfy! There will be delicious BBQ, music, signature Tito's cocktails and bone broth treats for dogs and Roadies!
Redmond Pup crawl - Part 3
When: Saturday, April 12th
Where: Archer Hotel (1-3) and Marriott (3-5)
Part Three of Pup Crawl will be big extravaganza! There will be photos, merch sales, a pup parade and costume contest in Redmond Town Center, and a final party to close things up in style. Come check it out, and come meet some of our adoptable roadies (see hotel schedule above) You can also check out a dog training workshop and learn a tip or two from some of our trainers!
Meet & Greet / Fundraiser at EVEREVE - Totem lake
When: Tuesday, March 25th
Where: EVEREVE - Totem Lake
If there is one thing that MZAR alum Elle Woods loves, it's a good shopping trip! She's super excited to let you know that you can literally SHOP TO SAVE LIVES at the EVEREVE Totem Lake location. This means you can literally shop 'til you drop, and part of the proceeds will be generously donated to Motley Zoo, going towards the care of pups just like her! Stop by from 3-6 and cuddle some with some of our current adoptable roadies. This is our third event at EVEREVE - and we are so grateful for their continued support and love! See y'all there!

Come one, come all, to the super-fun Carnival of Cocktails at the Seattle Center! Motley Zoo will be there with precious pups in tow, who will be hanging out at the Tito's Puppy Speakeasy, hosted by our fabulously-pawsome supporters, Tito's Vodka! Of course, you don't have to drink the booze to hang out with the pups - just an added treat, if you so desire! These public events help spread the mission of Motley Zoo to the Seattle community, and provide a safe environment for our animals to get social, so they will become more outgoing and confident!
Motley Zoo 16th Anniversary party at postdoc brewing - redmond

We're gonna party like it's 2009 (you know, the year of our inception)! If you've never had a cold one from Postdoc, you're in for a treat!
Join us - and please bring your friends, family and rock stars along for beer, raffles and good fun! Postdoc has been a huge supporter of Motley Zoo over the years - and we are grateful for their love, and for the proceeds we receive from sales of our very own beer! Drink up to save a pup!

Our adoptable feline roadies are back at Bumbershoot for another year of fun, cuddles, playtime and socialization!
The Motley Zoo Cat Circus is back and better than ever before, in a fun, colorful circus tent, under the shadow of the iconic Space Needle at Seattle's summer's-end music festival! Here, you will get to see an amazing (and amazingly cute!) circus-themed setup, perfect for our kitties to explore, play, and meet and greet with their adoring fans (and potential adopters!)
MEET & GREET AT BJ'S BREWHOUSE (Redmond)
When: Sunday, August 4th
Come grab some delicious food and drink, and meet some of our adoptable roadies! Nothing says a perfect Sunday Summer morning than hanging out on BJ's patio, drinks and appetizers in your bellies, and snuggling with cute dogs and cats!
As with all of our meet & greet events, this is purely a meeting / getting to know you deal... adoptions will be handled as usual, through our online adoption application process. Can't wait to see you there - and thanks to BJ's for being such gracious hosts!
Kirkland Uncorked 2024

Come join us at Washington's weekend long celebration of world-class Washington wineries. This year, we are so honored that the popular event will serve as a fundraising benefit for Motley Zoo!
We will be on-hand with our adoptable roadies for a meet and greet - and we are looking forward to connecting with you all! We are having a "Show Off Your Dog Show," so be sure to register your dog in one of the 4 categories (Best Dressed, Most Impressive Tail, Best Trick and Bestest Dog Ever!)

Ounces has even brought in a special Puppies v Kittens draft beer from Oregon to help celebrate! As with all of our adoption events, adoptions will not be completed on site / same-day. This is a meet and greet - our standard adoption process applies! We can't wait to see you!
