Thank you to the corporations, businesses & other collaborations that help keep Motley Zoo rockin’!
Darwin's natural pet products

We are so grateful to Darwin's Natural Pet Products for sponsoring our rescue mission through their pet food donations of 100 lbs a week! Our rescues LOVE the high-quality, natural, raw food they get to scarf down while they wait for their forever homes!  Thanks so much - your generosity helps us rock rescue!

PET Pros

We have been so fortunate to have been supported by this amazing local business for the past several years, raising over $25,000 for Motley Zoo with their Paw-liday Giving campaign!  Thanks, Pet Pros!

Postdoc brewing Company

How many rescues do you know who have their very own beer that benefits animal welfare?  Thanks to our friends at Postdoc, we can proudly say "We do!"  We collaborated with this animal-loving brewing company, located down the street from our studio in Redmond, resulting in a delicious pale ale that has raised funds for our rescue!  Cheers!

We proudly participate in Maddie’s Fund, “Shelter Animals Count” program. Thanks, Maddie!

All the Best Pet Care

All the Best Pet Care has been a great supporter of Motley Zoo. They’ve proudly donated much-needed quality foods for our pets, hosted adoption events at their stores and helped raise crucial  funds for veterinary care.  We’re very grateful for the ongoing support of this fantastic, locally-owned company!

The Petco Foundation has been key in helping Motley Zoo over the years - and we couldn’t be more grateful. Not only have they made tackling making spays and neuters possible for more pets, but their generous grants have helped us cover the $15,000 each month we spend on average in vet bills.

Beyond that, the Petco Foundation is the sponsor of the renovations for our Studio in downtown Redmond, WA where we host Rock Star Treatment Dog Daycare. This would not have been possible without their amazing support!!

More recently (May 2017) we received $2,500 to help us invest in new technology and infrastructure options to help us adopt out animals more efficiently. Through this support, we have been able to get our animals out there and into homes much more efficiently than ever!

We also partner with local Petco stores (currently the Redmond and Ballard locations) where we host adoptions events at the stores which host some of our adoptable cats. These stores act as our foster homes for the kitties, so that they can be on display and show off their personalities- which is what helps gets cats adopted!  We’re so grateful to the Petco employees and friends we have made at our partnering locations!

Motley Zoo is a proud member of The Washington Federation of Animal Care & Control Agencies.  jme, our Executive Director, is a member of the Board of The Washington Federation and we are proud to help expand the humane animal welfare movement within Washington State.

We are incredibly grateful for the support of PetSmart Charities - which, along with area PetSmart stores,

offers great opportunities and grants to Motley Zoo!

Petsmart Charities
PETFINDER FOUNDATION is a great resource for rescues, shelters and pet seekers alike. Their foundation has graciously donated funding, vaccines, Thundershirts and more, to our rescue to help make our pets happier, healthier and ready for adoption!

In 2012, we won a brand new Toyota Highlander from their 100 Cars for Good program!  We were one of over 3,000 worthy nonprofits who were up for the vehicle - and we received more than 40% of the national vote!  We have racked up the miles on it over

the years, saving countless pet lives along the way!

We are in the databases for many corporate matching programs - which match funds and/ or volunteer hours. Many companies like Microsoft, Expedia, American Express, Starbucks and Boeing participate in this game changing movement.  Please inquire with your employer for more information on their matching program - or simply suggest that Motley Zoo be added to their database!
