Client Portal Help

Here’s how you to get started:

  1. Create an account by going to the MZ Rock Stars Gingr page here.

  2. Fill in all the required details in the enrollment form.

  3. *NEW*: You can add your credit card information for convenient billing!

  4. Sign the "Liability and Vet Care Form" linked at the end of the page. This is important, as you will not be able to create a reservation without.

  5. On the next page, fill in all the details about your pet(s).

  6. Email (to or upload (by going to My Account -> Upload Files) immunization records for your pets. These will be verified by our team at Motley Zoo as quickly as possible. This is important because you can only make a reservation for your pet if all of the immunization records are up to date.


Once you have gone through the setup steps, you are ready to make a reservation!

Making a reservation:

  1. Click on "Request Services" under Quick Actions (top left).

  2. Choose between Daycare, Boarding or (coming soon) Grooming.

  3. Choose your pet, dates and times for the reservation. For daycare, you can also setup recurring reservations to make it easier keep track of reservations.

  4. You can also request additional services such as fecal tests and nail trims.

  5. Save the reservation. You will not be able to do this unless your pet’s immunization records have been verified and approved by us.

  6. Your reservation will now be Pending Acceptance under your list of reservations.

  7. Once your reservation is confirmed by us, this status will change to Confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email.
